Housewife Salad with Avocado (Nourish Kitchen Style) Ingredients
– 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup cabbage (thinly sliced)
– 1 medium carrot (grated)
– 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
– 1/4 cup cucumber (diced)
– 1 boiled egg (sliced)
– 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp olive oil or light mayo- Pinch of black pepper – Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 10 minute
Method
1. In a bowl, combine lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
2. Add sliced avocado and boiled egg on top.
3. Mix lemon juice, olive oil (or mayo), salt, and pepper to form a simple dressing.
4. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
5. Garnish with raisins if desired. Serve fresh and chilled
