Griilled Chicken Beaf

Grilled Chicken Breast with wedges Potato

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil  2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika1
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • ½ tsp black pepper Salt, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (optional
  • Method
  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).Toss potato wedges with half the olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika, and herbs. Roast wedges for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden. Season chicken with remaining oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest chicken 3 minutes, then serve with potato wedges
