Grilled Whole Fish
Ingredients
1 whole white fish, cleaned
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper
Fresh parsley
Lemon wedges
Method
Season the fish inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. Preheat the grill to medium heat and place the fish carefully on the grill. Cook gently, turning once, until the skin is lightly crisp and the flesh flakes easily. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon.
