Classic Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
3 cups cooked rice (cold)
1 cup mixed vegetables
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Scramble eggs and set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables, add rice.
Add eggs and soy sauce, mix well.
