Baked Salmon with Lemon
INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets (180–200 g each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, thinly sliced
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place salmon on lined tray, brush with oil, season.
Top with lemon slices.
Bake 18–22 minutes until flaky.
