Grilled Chicken Breast
INGREDIENTS
2 boneless chicken breasts (about 200 g each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
METHOD
Pat chicken breasts dry.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Preheat grill pan to medium-high.
Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
