Chicken Curry

Ingredients
600 g chicken pieces
3 tbsp vegetable oil]
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup tomato puree or chopped tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock or water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté until soft.
- Add garlic, curry powder, and paprika; stir briefly.
- Add chicken pieces and coat with spices.
- Pour in tomatoes and stock.
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Season and serve hot.
