Spiced Ginger Croissant
Ingredients
2½ cups flour
1 cup cold butter
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup cold milk
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and ginger.
- Cut in cold butter to form flakes.
- Add milk gradually to form dough.
- Fold and roll dough several times to create layers.
- Shape croissants and rest 30 minutes.
- Bake at 190°C for 20–25 minutes until flaky and golden.
