BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
For the pizza base:
– 1 ready pizza dough (or homemade)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
For the topping:
– ½ cup BBQ sauce
– 1½ cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
– 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
– ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
– ½ cup sweet corn (optional)
– 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or coriander (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Lightly oil a baking tray or pizza stone.
2. Roll out pizza dough and place on tray. Brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
4. Add chicken, onion, sweet corn, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
6. Garnish with parsley or coriander, slice, and serve hot.
