Beef Stir-Fry
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
– 400g beef strips
– 1 bell pepper (sliced)
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 tsp garlic
Method:
– Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned.
– Add garlic and vegetables, cook until tender-crisp.
– Pour in soy sauce and toss well.
