Ingredients:
– 2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread
– 1 ripe avocado
– 6–8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt, to taste
– Black pepper, to taste
– Chili flakes or lemon juice (optional)
Method:
– Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
– Mash the avocado with salt and black pepper.
– Spread avocado evenly over the toast.
– Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
– Drizzle with olive oil and add chili flakes or lemon juice if desired.
– Serve immediately.
