Easy Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Rest Time: Overnight (or minimum 4 hours)

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

– ½ cup rolled oats

– ½ cup milk or plant-based milk

– 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)

– 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

– 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

– Fresh fruits (banana, berries, or apple slices)

Method:

– Combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a jar or bowl.

– Stir until well mixed.

– Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.

– Top with fresh fruits before serving.

– Serve chilled or slightly warmed.

High in fiber, supports digestion, and ideal for quick, nourishing breakfasts.
