Ghanaian Red Red

Ingredients:

– 2 cups black-eyed beans

– 2 ripe plantains

– 2 tbsp palm oil

– 1 onion

– 2 tomatoes


Cooking Time: 40 minutes

Method:

– Cook beans until tender.

– Prepare tomato sauce with palm oil.

– Mix beans into sauce.

– Fry plantains and serve together.
