Ivorian Attiéké with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 cups attiéké (cassava couscous)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ¼ onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Steam attiéké lightly to fluff.
- Combine vegetables in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- Mix vegetables with attiéké gently and serve.
