Classic Deviled Eggs

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
– 6 hard-boiled eggs
– 3 tbsp mayonnaise
– ½ tsp mustard
– Salt & pepper
Method:
1. Peel boiled eggs and slice lengthwise into halves.
2. Carefully remove yolks and place in a bowl.
3. Mash yolks until smooth.
4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix until creamy and well combined.
6. Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
7. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
