Simple Hummus Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4

Ingredients:

 1 cup cooked chickpeas
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 garlic clove
– Salt to taste

Method:
1. Rinse chickpeas and remove loose skins if desired.
2. Add chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add a little water if needed for consistency.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
