Lemon Zobo Drink
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup dried hibiscus (zobo)
– 1 lemon, sliced
– Honey or sugar
– Water
Method:
1. Rinse hibiscus leaves thoroughly.
2. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
3. Add hibiscus and boil for 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and strain liquid.
5. Add lemon slices and sweetener.
6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
7. Serve chilled.
