Chicken Roulade (Rolled Chicken)
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
– Chicken breast
– Garlic
– Onion
– Carrot
– Bell pepper
– Olive oil
– Salt & black pepper
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Slice chicken breast and gently pound to flatten evenly.
3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
4. Lightly sauté chopped vegetables in olive oil.
5. Spread filling on chicken, roll tightly, and secure with foil.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until cooked through.
