Roulade Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, butterflied
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Kitchen twine or toothpicks
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Lay chicken breasts flat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread spinach, garlic, and cheese evenly over each breast.
- Roll tightly and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
