At Dawn: Creamy Peanut Banana Oat Bowl

  1.  A nourishing bowl that combines African peanut richness with natural sweetness. This breakfast builds steady energy and focus for the day ahead. Simple, strong, and satisfying.

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped groundnuts
  • Pinch of salt

 Method

  1. Bring water or milk to a gentle boil.
  2. Add oats and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
  5. Top with banana slices, groundnuts, and honey.
