Grilled Salmon with Quinoa Salad

A heart-healthy dinner rich in omega-3 and plant protein, perfect for global wellness readers.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber (diced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Cook quinoa in water for 15 minutes.
  2. Season salmon and grill 6–8 minutes per side.
  3. Mix quinoa with vegetables, olive oil, and lemon.
  4. Serve salmon over quinoa salad.
