Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt

- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until smooth.
- Heat a lightly buttered skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with fruit, honey, or maple syrup.
