Avocado toast is a simple yet nourishing breakf
Ingredien
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped cherry tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tbsp pumpki
Method
- Toast the slices of whole-grain bread until golden and crisp.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado gently with a fork.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, mixing lightly.
- Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.
- Top with cherry tomatoes and pumpkin seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately while fresh.
