Chocolate Brownies
Chocolate brownies are rich, fudgy, and full of deep chocolate flavor. With a soft center and slightly crisp edges, these classic treats are perfect for dessert, gatherings, or a simple sweet indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking pan.
- In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the brownies are set in the center.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
