Strawberry Banana Smoothie

At Dawn: A refreshing and naturally sweet smoothie made with ripe bananas and juicy strawberries. This creamy breakfast drink is full of vitamins and energy, making it a perfect and quick start to a healthy morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Method

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
  2. Add the banana, strawberries, milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes and vanilla extract if desired.
  4. Blend for about 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
