Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana

Method
- Peel the banana and cut it into slices.
- Add the banana, strawberries, milk, yogurt, and honey to a blender.
- Add the ice cubes and vanilla extract if desired.
- Blend for about 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
