Banana Pancakes
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour for healthier option)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
- Pinch of salt

- In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add egg, milk, and melted butter, then mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Heat a pan and lightly grease it.
- Pour batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on top.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve warm with fruits or a drizzle of honey.
