Banana Pancakes

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour for healthier option)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or oil
  • Pinch of salt

🍳 Method

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Add egg, milk, and melted butter, then mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Heat a pan and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on top.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
  8. Serve warm with fruits or a drizzle of honey.
