Stir-Fried Noodles

At Dawn: A quick, flavorful noodle dish tossed with vegetables—light, satisfying, and perfect for an energizing start to your day.

Ingredients (2 servings)

 .  200g noodles

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots,
  • cabbage, bell peppers, green beans)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1–2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional add-ins:

  • Cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
  • Eggs
  • Chili flakes

  Method

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles and mix well.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
