Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients (2 servings)
. 200g noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots,
- cabbage, bell peppers, green beans)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1–2 tablespoons soy sauce (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Optional add-ins:
- Cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
- Eggs
- Chili flakes
Method
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and mix well.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
