Healing Vegetable Soup

Introduction

A warm and nourishing soup filled with colorful vegetables that support wellness and healthy digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add onions and garlic into a pot and sauté lightly.
  2. Add vegetables and broth.
  3. Cook for 15–20 minutes until tender.
  4. Season and serve warm.
