Stir-Fried Vegetables (Nourish Kitchen)

Ingredients
- A 1 cup zucchini sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced , Broccoli
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced , green beans
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add garlic and onion; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add carrot and green beans cook for 2 minutes.
- Add others vegetables beans and bell pepper. broccoli
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve warm.
