Banana Oat Pancakes

Cook Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

– 1 ripe banana
– ½ cup oat flour
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp baking powder

Method:
1. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
2. Add egg and whisk gently.
3. Stir in oat flour and baking powder.
4. Heat a non-stick pan lightly.
5. Pour small portions of batter.
6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
7. Cook until golden on both sides.
8. Serve warm.
