Banana Oat Porridge

Banana oat porridge is a warm, comforting breakfast that provides steady energy for the morning. The natural sweetness of ripe banana blends beautifully

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. In a small saucep
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minu
  3. Add the sliced banana and cinnamon.
  4. Stir gently and cook fo
  5. Pour into a bowl and drizzle honey on top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped walnuts if desired and serve warm.
