Berry Chia Pudding

Cooking Time: 10 minutes + chilling

– 3 tbsp chia seeds

– 1 cup milk

– ½ cup mixed berries

– 1 tsp honey

Method:

– Mix chia seeds with milk and honey.

– Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

– Top with fresh berries before serving.

Value: High in fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3.
