Broccoli & Salmon Sheet Pan
Cooking Time: Prep 10 minutes | Cook 25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, 2 cups broccoli florets, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
Method: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the salmon and broccoli on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season lightly. Bake until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and lightly roasted. Serve warm.
