Ingredients
Chicken wings 1 kg, All-purpose flour cup, Paprika 1 teaspoon, Garlic powder 1 teaspoon, Onion powder 1 teaspoon, Salt to taste, Black pepper to taste Vegetable oil for frying
For the Buffalo Sauce, Hot sauce ½ cup, Butter 4 tablespoons, Garlic (minced) 1 clove, Honey or sugar 1 tablespoon (optional)Method, Wash the chicken wings and pat dry thoroughly., In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the wings evenly with the flour mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. , Fry the wings in batches until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked. Remove and drain on paper towels., In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Stir in the hot sauce and honey or sugar if using. Mix well and remove from heat.
Place the fried wings in a large bowl.
