Cameroonian Ndolé

Cooking Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

– 2 cups bitterleaf

– ½ cup ground peanuts

– Shrimp or beef

– 1 onion


Method:

– Wash bitterleaf thoroughly.

– Cook meat until tender.

– Add peanuts and bitterleaf.

– Simmer until creamy.
