Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate brownies are rich, fudgy, and full of deep chocolate flavor. With a soft center and slightly crisp edges, these classic treats are perfect for dessert, gatherings, or a simple sweet indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking pan.
  2. In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the brownies are set in the center.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
