Creamy Shrimp Pasta
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
– 250g pasta
– 300g shrimp (peeled)
– 1 cup cooking cream
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– ½ cup grated Parmesan
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt & black pepper
Method:
– Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
– Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
– Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
– Pour in cream, season, and simmer gently.
– Add pasta and Parmesan, toss until creamy.
