Pan-Fried Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

2 fish fillets
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Paprika, salt & pepper
Method:
1. Pat fish fillets dry with paper towel.
2. Season both sides with paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Place fish gently into hot oil.
5. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
6. Remove from heat once fish flakes easily.
7. Serve immediately.
