Grilled Tilapia

Ingredients

2 whole tilapia fish, cleaned and scaled

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 fresh chili (optional), finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley or coriander, chopped

Method

Pat the tilapia dry and make shallow cuts on both sides.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices, and chili.

Rub marinade all over the fish and inside the cavity.

Preheat grill to medium heat and oil lightly.

Grill fish for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through.

Garnish with fresh herbs and rest before serving.
