Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken
A flavorful roasted chicken infused with fresh herbs and bright lemon, perfect for a wholesome family dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (1.2–1.5kg)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Rub mixture all over the chicken.
- Roast for 50–60 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
