Mixed Vegetable Salad

A fresh, colorful salad packed with natural vitamins and gentle crunch, perfect for light meals, family tables, or healthy living.

Ingredients

2 cups lettuce, washed and chopped

1 cup cucumber, sliced

1 cup tomatoes, diced

1 cup carrots, grated

1 Avocado peeled and cubed

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Method

Wash and prepare all vegetables thoroughly. Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl, then add cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, sweet corn, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. Toss gently until well combined. Serve immediately for best freshness.
