Moroccan Vegetable Tagine

Ingredients:

– Carrots, zucchini, potatoes

– 1 cup chickpeas

– 1 onion

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– Tagine spices


Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Method:

– Sauté onion in olive oil.

– Add vegetables and spices.

– Add water, cover and simmer until tender.
