Overnight Oats with Fruit
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 1
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
– ½ cup milk
– 1 tbsp honey
– Fresh fruit (optional)
Method:
1. Add oats to a clean jar or bowl.
2. Pour in milk and honey.
3. Stir well to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. In the morning, stir again.
6. Top with fresh fruit before serving.
