Roulade Chicken Breast

Tender, elegant, and full of flavor, this roulade chicken breast is perfect for a refined yet wholesome meal. Rolled with herbs and simple seasoning, it delivers beautiful presentation and nourishing satisfaction.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, butterflied
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Kitchen twine or toothpicks

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Lay chicken breasts flat and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread spinach, garlic, and cheese evenly over each breast.
  4. Roll tightly and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer to oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Cooking Time: 35 minutes

Nutrition: High in protein, moderate healthy fats, low in carbohydrates.
