Spaghetti Bolognese
Spaghetti Bolognese is a classic and comforting pasta dish made with rich tomato sauce and seasoned ground beef. This hearty meal is full of flavor and perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spaghetti
- 200 g ground beef
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes until soft.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes.
- Add oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
