Spaghetti & Meatballs
Cooking Time: Prep 15 minutes | Cook 40 minutes
Ingredients:
400 g spaghetti, 500 g ground beef, 1 medium onion finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Method: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until tender, then drain and set aside. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper and shape into small meatballs. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the meatballs gently on all sides, then remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft and fragrant. Add the tomato sauce and allow it to simmer gently. Return the meatballs to the sauce and cook slowly until fully cooked and rich in flavor. Serve the sauce over the spaghetti.
