Stir-Fried Vegetables (Nourish Kitchen)

simple and colorful vegetable dish packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Perfect as a side dish or a light healthy meal.

Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

  • A 1 cup  zucchini sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced , Broccoli
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced , green beans
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add garlic and onion; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add carrot and green beans cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add others vegetables beans  and bell pepper. broccoli
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Serve warm.
