Vegetable Stir-Fry

Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:

– 2 cups mixed vegetables
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 garlic clove

Method:
1. Wash and cut vegetables into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
3. Add garlic and stir quickly.
4. Add vegetables and stir-fry continuously.
5. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. Add soy sauce and toss well.
7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
